The James D. Rielly Foundation accepts nominations throughout the year for those connected to our military, veterans, law enforcement, fire service, first responder communities, and others in need of help during difficult times.

Support is not limited to Christmas. While holiday assistance is one part of our mission, we provide help year-round based on each situation and the resources available.

If you would like to nominate someone, please complete the form and share as much detail as possible about the need, the circumstances, and why support would make a difference. The more information you provide, the better we can review the nomination.

Please note that submitting a nomination does not guarantee assistance. We receive many requests and do our best to help as many individuals and families as we can.
